Abstract

This study explores supply chain integration in the prefabricated building industry, focusing on upstream–downstream enterprise relationships. Using Importance-Performance Analysis, it identifies key risks across the project lifecycle. Findings show that high costs and policy shifts dominate early stages, while risk management is weakest during manufacturing and construction. Challenges in standardization, quality control, and technology adoption are also highlighted. The study underscores the role of government policies and industry standards in driving integration and proposes strategies such as establishing unified standards, investing in workforce training, and adopting a lifecycle project management approach.
